Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

The short version: ThePickLog collects as little about you as possible. We ask for your email so you can sign in and compete. We don't sell your data. That's basically it.

Who we are

ThePickLog is operated by AMD Ventures, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). You can reach us any time through the contact form.

What we collect

  • Anything you send through our forms — strategy suggestions, corrections, and questions, plus an email address only if you choose to include one so we can reply. Stored privately; never published without your say-so.
  • What we don't collect

We don't ask for or store financial-account numbers, brokerage credentials, Social Security numbers, or any real trading information. All trading on ThePickLog is simulated (paper).

    How we use it

To run the service: to authenticate you, show your history, operate Compete, and — only if you opt in — email you. A notify-me address is used only for what you asked for — one message when the thing you asked about opens, or one email per published verdict on the verdict list; tell us and we’ll delete it sooner. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

    Who we share it with

Only the infrastructure providers needed to run the site — our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database/authentication provider — which process data on our behalf and nothing more.

    Your choices

Use the contact form to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of emails. California (CCPA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents have rights to access and deletion — we honor those requests for everyone.

    Data retention

We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it or your account is closed.

    Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, let you know.
